At Re-magined, we want you to love your home. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
